Can you tell me which tires are on it? (brand/model/size)

Tires marked and sold as "left" and "right" would also be asymmetrical (specific inner and outer tread pattern). It sounds like this is what you have, and if so, you'd be correct...Both tires would need to be flipped on the wheels to achieve correct inner/outer orientation, as well as proper rotation direction.

Directional (only) tires can be a left or right until mounted, the tire itself is no different...They usually just have an arrow indicating proper direction.
