Default Today was hard as a dad.

McKinley (2 year old) sliced her foot open pretty good and we had to take her to the E.R. She's already scared of the doctor so the thought of stitches didn't bring great thoughts. She's a real trooper though and handled it better than mom and dad and ultimately due to where the cut was they couldn't stitch it. The cut is on the top of her foot at the pivot point of the ankle, and parallel with it. So they were worried it would just rip out. So they used the glue and steri-strips and she did great. Ultimately it ended up being way better than initially thought but was tough to see her scared and in pain. Interesting thing is she got to choose from Pink or Yellow gauze and she picked Yellow ha
