As well as veterans.
The actual number of people on public assistance that are able bodied and of working age is probably closer to 3%.
Look at the food stamps that you guys like to yell about being abused. Out of the 47 million Americans on food stamps, only about 3.9 million are people between the ages of 18 and 49 who are able to work.
