My CEO just sent out a email stating the results of a company wide DEI questionnaire were positive. Whatever that means.

Rear Brakes 93, What is this piece

I bought AC Delco OEM replacement pads since I dont road race, autocross etc anymore. When I opened the box it had these clips in it. Never seen them I did see where someone posted they put them in....
