I was just in mine to do the water pump, but i didn't even recall the t-fitting on it- had to look at pics on parts websites. It seems that they sell the entire piece for about $60 or so.

The part that attaches to the water pump, or the end behind the engine? Don't rule out the water pump either. I just replaced mine on my 08 with 21k miles on it. they only leak when warm too-kind...
