Well I think I figured it out LOL... I think the last time it was changed the bladder was manually pulled out by the person who changed it. I changed it several weeks ago and have been checking it...

But another site for s10s says it should be pushed in and when the fluid level starts getting low the bladder starts coming down into the res to fill the air gap... Eh who knows ugh lol
