I thought maybe going up from underneath would work better. Threw it up on jackstands, and no-go. Not enough room to work between the rack-n-pinion, leaf spring, and the tranny cooler lines.

New AC tensioner and all is well. Talk about a beoch to get on! :omg: Not a job for the un-limber individual. Took about an hour or so, and that's with the old one already taken off.

Short version:
Replaced the tensioner pulley, idler pulley, and threw a new gatorback belt on. New pulleys are aluminum. Now, I"m getting a squeek that sounds like metal on metal. Sprayed some...
