Frozen pizza

Whats the best? Add Anything?

Me2 01-14-2011 8:34pm

DiGiorno's Supreme - add extra pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, sliced olives and shredded mozzarella.

MrPeabody 01-14-2011 11:36pm

I like to buy the cheapest junk frozen pizza I can find, then add lots of cheese and whatever toppings I want.

Munch 01-15-2011 7:09am

I like the frozen cheese pies from Costco, great crust and then I might throw some sausage and onions on it.

All pizza should be topped with a healthy dose of sliced jalapenos.

For extra credit, it never hurts to throw on extra sliced mushrooms or extra cheese. The only problem with mushrooms, is that you have to use them quick.

Best selling Frozen Pizza for a reason - they know their role.

Other brands try to shoot for real pizza taste. Big mistake, they're not fooling anyone.

Totinos embraces their inner trailer park. They make the best damn tasting frozen pizza disk they can. Sometimes I add a little provolone. I always add some Pampered Chef Sun Dried Tomato and Herb seasoning: The Pampered Chef, Ltd.

If you want a real pie, don't kid yourself. Make from scratch or buy from a local, non-nationl chain place.

If you want to stay home and avoid getting your tank-top soiled, go for Totinos.

I think I heard Walmart or Sams has a good one! I like California Kitchen White pizza with spinach---I add extra cheese, either swiss or mozzarella and mushrooms. Pretty good!

All frozen pizzas suck.

Well that's kinda true...but if I had to pick one, it'd be Costco. DiGiorno is a close second.

Now...if you're going for pure garbage but you want a snack? Totino's Cheese Pizza Rolls FTW!

:iagree:

It's actually not that hard to make the dough yourself, top it, par bake it, and then freeze it (if you don't want to eat it all right then).

I am a fan of the Tombstone. It is made with cheap incredients but for some reason it tastes okay. :leaving:

The DiGiorno Garlic Bread crust pizzas are so so. I'll tear up one of their supreme's with the cheese filled crust. :o_o:

I love any kind of pizza

Will 01-21-2011 10:56pm

I made a pizza-quesadilla for dinner tonight. Low carb tortillas (2 at 7g a piece)

It was actually pretty good.

I tried Tombstone the other day. Could not stand it. I threw over 3/4 of it out. :ack:
