I think that's one of the videos this dead murderer uploaded to U-tube. I may be mistaken but I know he was uploading and tried to find his uploads. As near as I was able to determine his user ID was abubakringush.

Not nearly as gruesome as the bombing victim that was being wheeled down the street with his legs blown off. One guy holding a tourniquet on one thigh and another holding his femoral artery on the other..... All in full view.
