That's about what the bill came to  Been cutting up meat and vegetables for an hour and a half now. Had to give my back a rest  Feeling better... Going to go put the finishing touches on it and turn down the heat.

How many people are you feeding dude?

Jesus balls, you're going to create a superfund site when your guests process that.

My wife makes a gigantic pot of chili ( 14 qt stock pan) and then freezes it in two meal size containers. :seasix: Does the same with her spagetti sauce too :yesnod:

Just me  I don't eat often but when I do I make up for lost time. Luckily I work alone at night so the atmosphere after lunch won't be problem.

Preparation is finally done. I was happy when I got done cutting up the jalapenos, wanted to add those last. But something wasn't right with the taste/smell. Couldn't figure out WTF the problem was until I double checked the shopping bags... Forgot to add diced tomatoes

Oh well, it's rockin good now :hurray:

That's what I'm using. Same pot I use for canning tomatoes and I get 12 quarts with some leftover doing that. It works out nice because they sell quart canning jars by the dozen.
