My sister lives near there in PA. August Road Trip!

Check out Carlisle's website for info on how to register your car for the flag display. When they did it before, you just parked in the fun field like regular, then they would announce for the cars to go to the staging area. They took the pic, and then you went back to your regular spot on the FunField. Very organized.
