When you die - what will happen to you?

Hopefully I'll rest in peace forever. :yesnod:

Somebody's obsessed.

Heaven sounds too good to be true. I'd love to see my family.

I'm afraid I'll only see my friends.

If you do not believe, life after death is not a concern.
If you do believe, your actions dictate your after life.
I believe life is MUCH more than your time spent here on earth, it is the judgment for the remainder of your time.

When my mom passed away in 2022, my middle brother was living there with her. After my mom's body was removed, he was telling me that he would hear and see these white orbs in the room at night after the passing.

Example:

Don't know... But my mom said she was on the other side and my dad called her back. She never forgave him for it.

There is no death just a continueing journey.
It does not matter whether you believe . It will happen.
Get ready for the ride.

I'll be with Jesus

When you pass, the afterlife is "just violet light and a hum" according to Kurt Vonnegut and nobody is there, not even you...

Is he your illegal gardener?

I'll share my whackadoodle brain with you all.

I think there are a finite number of souls. I think that when we die, it is similar to when we sleep. No concept of time. Our soul will awaken in a newborn baby and carry on without knowledge of the life before, or the one before that (Eternal life of the soul. Purity of a new birth). Occasionally there is a data carry over and you get a 5 year old that remembers flying a bomber in WWII.

But that's just me.

For whatever reason, I stopped believing in heaven when my dad died. I have no explanation. I just stopped.

Worm dirt (ashes in my case). No heaven, no hell....just nothing.

No dreams. Put under, fade to black. The fear of death is worse than death. You just hope you wake up at the end, but if you don't, you ain't gonna know.

I had a knee replacement in 2021 that was more difficult than expected. When I was coming out of the anesthesia, the nurse told me I said "thanks dad" as my first words back, at that time he had been dead for a couple years.

Not sure what happens but I think we continue on with our loved ones on both sides of the veil.

I like to think I will see my son again :sadangel:
It would really make me happy. And of course my mom & dad and other family members too.

Anjdog2003 04-11-2024 10:19pm

If you're good you'll see me. If you're bad you'll see Joe Biden.
