That was an eye opener. In the Portland/Vancouver area:

TOP 5% 186,600

TOP 10% 143,110

TOP 25% 93,683

TOP HALF 55,399

So we would basically have to almost double our income to stay in the same relative placement in Orange County.

Portland to LA...sounds about right.

I don't know about that. 2700 sq ft non-baller house in a nice neighborhood. Has a one bedroom/1 ba walkout basement too. Not a big lot, but a killer view. Nature preserve behind us- never be built on.
