Come on out I will run Saturday morning and I will see if a stock 347 with LS6 heads will stay together with 20lbs of boost for a whole mile, should be fun, I know it does with 14lbs been there before:banana1:

I going to plan on it....need any crew? If the weather is good, I'll bring the Busa out...:yesnod:Might be a good race for your "stock" 347 :yesnod:

I should have my fordged 347 in Tx by then or damn near it. :willy:

Come on out, we plan on getting in on Friday, trying to rent a trailer to party in and have a base, what we did last Oct, Busa's are kick ass, I would have fun running from a run:cheers:

I want a few more miles on this bike & a tune before I attempt to run the busa down the Mile...But I do plan to eventually run both the busa & the supercharged vette at the Mile.

I look forward to seeing it done before bringing anything of my own out there :yesnod:

It is fun for sure, I did it two years ago and did a mere 180, that is when I found out a 6 rib setup does not do well above 3rd gear, belt slip in 4th and 5th above 6000. Now I will see if my setup will hold together with the big boost for the whole mile, will be fun and I like watching those bikes, many go well over 200 mph:cheers:

As of last Friday only 10 spots left to sign up for the Texas Milehttp://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...s/55425421.gif

Best of luck!

I'd be awesome to see you run, and someday, I hope to be able to see The Mile.
