Aluminum Suspension Clean Up

I picked a bottle of Aluminum Brightener up from Napa Auto Parts, #1458. As stated before use gloves. I sprayed on cautiously and scrubbed gently. Mine is very dirty as she has been a Daily Driver for 7 years. It took a bit longer than expected. I'm impressed with the results as I only had 3 hours. It will require doing again but again very satisfied.

In addition to gloves, I use safety glasses/goggles for eye protection.

Sorry to have mentioned, you are correct, thank you. You can also use a mask if windy.

Looks great under there.

If you did that without any machines then that is some good stuff!

Just a lot of elbow grease. Spray on for 15 sec, scrub and then wash off. Repeat in stubborn areas.

Looks like you are using the same method I did. On jack stands. I evidently didn't have the car high enough as there are some places I had a problem getting too. With the nice weather we are having I will probably put the car back up and go over it again. When you get a chance, post a few more pics.

Could you get these results on the cross member as well? Mine is dirty and I want to clean it but I haven't tried to because I didn't think it would end up looking this nice!

I would LOVE to have mine look like Gary's but I don't have experience polishing... If there was a how to though,,, :shots:
