Believe it or not, we only cook like 2# of bacon a week at my house. Just had my annual physical and doc told me my cholesterol was the lowest it has been in 7 years and my LDL,HDL all are great.

I really surprise myself knowing that I do eat a lot of fatty things, but I also eat a lot of good veggies and walk 3-7 miles a day depending on if I am in the office or working remote.
