Damn, for that money I'd buy a Smoothline Hardtop and to hell with the other top!

I want a Smoothline so badly, but I can't separate myself with over 2k for the top and then paint.
I also don't want to spend over 1k to replace just the gaskets on my 98 Vert's top.

Decisions, decisions . . .

Mine gets water inside too when it rains. It sucks.

DropTheTop 06-06-2014 3:26pm

Exactly, usually when it snows a lot i usually am home and remove the snow, i asked my wife to do it, i was stuck at work we had over 12" of snow fall and wasnt able to remove it, i got home and noticed the garage caved in, and what was holding the rest of the garage was the crossbars on the vert, yea you can say i was very pissed off, indeed:issues:

Chuck A 06-06-2014 4:24pm

Chuck A 06-17-2014 1:33pm

well the top is on, the freaking guy left it on the yard in his shop and it poured last night, not complaining about the rain but since i needed to cover it, i was using paper towels and blow dryer to completely dry it dont want mold to grow on it, looks ok, some issues but its on and he was able to raise support bar
