Distancing myself more and more from current events, trying to not get frustrated with the inept politicians, I'm always willing to help out the guys with their projects. Today's project, side skirts and a splitter.

Fiberglass, or plastic?

I also wonder just how long those front end sweeps will last. I've already torn one of the factory sweeps off of my C-5, and that was done by a friend of mine who pulled up my driveway too fast. I forgot to tell him you have to inch it up at a certain angle from the cul-de-sac into the driveway. And speed bumps......those are not friendly to anything low on a car.

My burb built in '72 and so being Floriduh the sand bar has meant the concrete burbs have been sunk into the hillside, and the assfault has been paved over, and sloped down to the curbs....making the driveway entrances one severe dip in/out.....most cars really notice it.....and a sports car is in troubles....I am fairly lucky in that I have not had to pour concrete over my drive entrance ....so far.....but to access many others up/down the street we/I have poured many bags....and I did some long ago when I had a camper I parked in the side yard.....

The newer less expensive ones are flexible plastic, comes flat black with the paint option.
