Yeah, we haven't been on the computer today. Took the day off work to get the garage door fixed. The torsion spring broke Tuesday night. Ugh! We don't need any more projects! :banghead:

Oh, the joys of home ownership! It's always something. :willy:
We're getting ready to leave now to go get the spring cut. The hardest part is finding somewhere that will sell the spring to the home owner. Most places I called the only way to get it is to have it professionally installed.
We're definitely looking forward to the long weekend!

pant, pant, pant....sorry for the falloff in service, was busy wiring in my shop today. have 3 circuits all complete (lighting, office power, table saw power), one almost complete (south outlets, just need to attach outlets to wires), and 2 that i need to finish running conduit and then pull wires (finishing room and north outlets).

and then i was winning in the gameroom while having a snack....

i'll try to improve so i meet and exceed your expectations.... :slap: :D

Saw a young coyote a little while ago. We were sitting on the couch and I happened to look out the window just in time to see it trotting down the tree line in the front yard. First time we've actually seen one. We've heard them many times though.

He does look a little thin. I think with the meds, food, exercise and TLC he'll look much better. Did you look into the Adequan? It's certainly not cheap. :(

No not yet...will have to talk with the vet about it make sure it will help him. Trust me his belly is not thin just his top line :(. He was not happy with me yesterday when we did 20 mins of circles and he had to move...:lol:

I bet he wasn't, lol. Give him hugs and carrots from me when you see him tomorrow. :)

He actually did well when I rode him yesterday, he usually doesn't like to lead but he did take the lead for most of our ride yesterday without too much protest :D

I'm doing stable duty with Buzzy, and Monday taking a ride out to Pocono (track rental) and visit with some friends :)

Usually vettes, ferraris and panteras and a few lambos. We do it with the Italian sportcar club and a few scca drivers. I ran it 3 ago with my 85. This time I'll be happy if I can a ride with an instructor during their sessions :)

Well you know me when I see a Vette, I holler SQUIRREL! I've done that around coworkers on the way to lunch.

Today I'm at the Command picnic and my boss is traveling today for the weekend.

I get this TEXT Message from him: "Squirrel alert! Just passed a string of about 27 Vettes heading west on 40 near Memphis."

He now thinks squirrel, when he see a Vette :D :rofl:



Oh and if they are heading west on 40 near Memphis, I guess that means they are not at cruise in????

Have you seen the movie UP?

In it is a dog with a collar that allows you to hear what he is thinking! He will be talking to someone and all of a sudden he will quick look to the side and say "SQUIRREL"! Then after a few seconds he looks back and goes right back to talking.

That's me when I see another Corvette. I cant take my eyes off it as it passes and I wave! I'm mesmerizer like the dog so I holler SQUIRREL!

So hence the nickname, license plate and theme on my Vette!

don't mind me, just snagging a few peanuts......

ran errands and did a few 'honey do' items around the house, caught the last 3 goldfish out of our drying up pond, put them in the rain barrel, pending giving them away. more wiring tomorrow, would like to wrap that up this weekend or monday. then time to start cleaning and moving stuffs in. :hurray::hurray:
