Wife has Verizon. She called Saturday because there was a problem with the auto-pay on her last bill. She needed to talk to a real person because the computer couldn't fix it. She was informed that there's a $7 charge to talk to a real person about a bill. **** Verizon.

I’m bailing likely today. Serious rip off company.

I've been on Verizon since day one. Never had an issue, but yeah their pricing is high, but I get excellent coverage. Example: I live in Woodland, CA which is about 25 miles north west of Sacramento. This is very heavy use AT&T area. Inside my house, AT&T cell does not work, but my Verizon does. I get 2 bars but I'm able to video chat etc. with no issues.
I pay $200/m for 4 phones. My bill break downs are ~$22 for each phone, then $110 for the account.

I pay $80.00 a year for one phone all the data I need. :yesnod:

I took advantage of a Spectrum Mobile package while dumping their cable package recently. It's only available if you have Spectrum internet.

They use Verizon's network and it's a big improvement over Sprint, though they were getting better since the T-Mobile merger.

The price is hard to beat - $14 dollars a line with 1G of data. $14 for each additional gig. An unlimited line is $45.
