SALT LAKE CITY - The real estate listing reads like a Wild West exhibit: Old gold mine; a geyser and a supposed hideout of famed outlaws.

It's all in a middle-of-nowhere ghost town for sale three hours southeast of Salt Lake City. Listing price? $3.9 million.

Woodside once bustled with about 300 residents in the early 1900s when it was a water stop for steam engines. Now the town sits empty , save for two free-range llamas that come with the deal.

There's a geyser, but it no longer shoots high after being jammed by vandals.

The real estate agent says the property is full of potential with a rich history. Historians believe Butch Cassidy and his gang once used the remote canyon country of the San Rafael Swell near Woodside as a hideout.

I'll buy it and get the guys from ghost adventures to come do a lockdown fake a few EVP's and the rest will be a moneymaker...:D

That's the area near Moab. If you want the definition of BFE well there ya go. It's the kind of place where folks can get lost and die. It's the kind of place that would be good if you wanted to go off the grid or not see humans for long spots between. So, buyer beware and pack plenty of water and food.

Say what you want, but it looks like a stinkin' shithole to me!!!!:D I wouldn't give them 3.9 dollars for the whole place.

Looks like you could film a dope, low-budget horror movie there, though...
