As a former PA resident, I know that Monday there are huge numbers of hunters in the woods that day. Schools close, some companies even close. The union at our plant negotiated that day as a paid holiday. They were willing to give up some other stuff to be able to hunt that day

Nice shooting Douglas. I watched a 6 pointer and two does having dinner outside my kitchen window tonight after our dinner. Bow season is open here but the Mrs won't allow me to shoot "the yard deer". She has named them, and I talk to them when we cross paths. It's kind of fun watching them interact, and I am fully practiced in spotting Bambi parts through the foliage now.
