That was a good episode.

I was surprised the viper out accelerated the ZR-1. The show is pretty good, but bashing gets old and sounds like its scripted anyways.

Yeah the ZR-1 using launch control would have blown through 60mph a tenth or two faster than someone manually shifting I would think but it did not look like he used that feature.

It looked a bit scripted but it was cool to see the difference in the 1 mile performance from start to finish. Definitely two different approaches to American Muscle.

Well the show reported the ZR1 0-60 was 4.0, but many of the magazines report deep into the 3.0's. Driver seems to be the issue, I too find the show to scripted as well.

There was a slight incline but I don't think so much so to make a half sec diff, the ZR1 definitely is quicker than that and same with the Viper for that matter.

Yeah, that would be one hell of an incline to cause 1/2 a sec. I am kinda losing a interest in the show, and respect for them, too much nonsence

Just as with most of the shows on Speed it's either one long infomercial, in this case Michelin tires, or a rerun.

I miss the old speed channel, when they had boat races, on not these hokey fix-it shows, or these informercial crap

For the longest time, I didn't have Speed and when I finally got it... what a let down.

I watched a few minutes of this episode. As soon as the they posted a 0-60 in the ZR1 4/10s slower than a 2007 Z06, I checked out.

And is there ANYONE of the face of the planet that enjoys Pink's? What crap.

I thought pinks was cool the first couple of shows, really only because it was filmed here in orlando, but its really hoakey show, can't stand it

Remember when Pinks really was about a back yard mechanic building his own car, driving his own car to the race and racing his own car. These friggin' things that are racing now are 9 and 10 second cars that are far from street legal and incase no one has noticed when you race for pinks, you know the name of the show, you race for cars, not a Snap On tool box. Remember their motto, "Lose the race, lose your ride", well that now and 35 cents will get you a phone call.
