Decades ago my folks had a row house off 28th st bayside at Ocean City Md......and the dock/bulkhead/fill dirt kept getting swept out to the bay.....Dad finally sold the place after some 20 years of fighting the losses.....I dunno if iti's still there or not.....I suspect it is though being worth maybe 500k today.....spin off of the Wash DC region......

I think you end up with a total loss. This time you can't buy the wreck back from the insurance though.
