Is that split window off center/angled? Meh, even if not the rest of the car is shit. About the best thing to do with it now is to shoot it.

If it was actually engulfed in flames, so sitting in it would make you become dead. That would probably be poor condition.

I'm not so sure as the flames could be used for cooking/grilling, lighting a smoke or destroying evidence. I think "poor quality" requires more substantial problems than just being engulfed in flames.
