If it was actually engulfed in flames, so sitting in it would make you become dead. That would probably be poor condition.

I'm not so sure as the flames could be used for cooking/grilling, lighting a smoke or destroying evidence. I think "poor quality" requires more substantial problems than just being engulfed in flames.
