My wife and I are very soon headed for Amarillo where we will pick up Route 66 enroute to Gallup and then on to ABQ. We have a major hankering for the best green chile burritos in our glorious country! How timely - the only thing better was if we could have taken our C3! Thanks much for posting!!

part of the pre-1937 route 66 is about a mile from our house, now known as Old Las Vegas Road, parallels I-25 for a bit.
