It's been raining nonstop for 16+ hours. Nothing horrible, and no flooding, but damn was Sally a soaker. We've actually been experiencing rain from her since Friday, but the nonstop onslaught started last night. Expecting her to intensify and threaten the LA/FL gulf coast.

This Winter we are house shopping in the area. Market is insane right now but hoping it'll settle down some so we aren't in a bidding war.

May look at bit farther up the coast for deals but we want to be on the water, place for the boat etc.

Already under a flash flood watch. Hopefully it will not be too bad here. I got a few extra groceries this morning and J is getting fuel just in case. Thoughts and prayers for those in the path of Sally.
