Crystal scratches easily. Just be careful. Polywatch works great to polish scratched watch crystals. Some people recommend toothpaste, Simichrome, Brasso, etc. they all work, but still Polywatch works the best.

Yes. Already got one. :Jeff '79:

I had a reduced back in the day with the Hesalite Crystal and they are definitely scratch magnets. I did the toothpaste routine with that watch with good effect. I'm not going to be using this as a daily driver, so I'll go with the Polywatch on this one.

I strongly debated with the Sapphire Sandwich variant, but for originality sake I think the Hesalite looks better personally. More vintagey anyway. Since this is what the dealer had (Grey), and the wife was buying :D, I went with it.

BTW, purchased through DavidSW Nox. Cost was about $4.5

Might end up on a NATO. Bracelet is nice, but not as near as nice as my Tudor Black Bay Steel (got that one through Bernard). Tudor/Rolex has bracelets down to a fine art. :yesnod:

Regardless, I love this thing. :)

Now this is cool. I wish Bulova would do it in a mechanical variant...I would be all over it. Neat Watch with some provenance of its own! :seasix::)
