Fuel injectors

I realize that there is no canned answer to this question but I'd be happy with your opinion. I'm curious about the duty cycle of my injectors and where they may be at but I don't want to have to take it to Ed at VA Speed just to find out. LS1 stock bottom end with heads and cam putting 410 to the wheels and I have 42lb injectors but no idea what brand they are.

The reason I ask is that I want to put a dry plate nitrous kit on my car and run a 100 shot. So I need to find out if my injectors as well as my stock fuel pump will be able to handle this. I have heard people say things like "Stock fuel pump is good for 500hp" or something like that but that's just what I've heard.

Let's hear your opinions, theories, etc...
Thanks.

42# injectors will easily support >500rwhp, stock fuel pump will likely be the weaker link at that point.

How will you be triggering the extra fuel to match the dry shot?

I'll be using the HSW "Interface" for fuel and timing control. LINK

From everything I've read over at LS1tech, you should be just fine on the stock pump with a 100 dry.
With 42#ers, I would think you wouldn't be anywhere near max duty on them, and adding only a 100 shot will not raise it that much.
If you're worried about the stock pump, you can always add a boost-a-pump Munch.
I would personally wait to see what the A/F is after you hit the juice before I went tearing into the fuel system.

FWIW: I'm running 42lb Ford Green Tops which net around 47-48 at C5 fuel rail pressure to support over 650 HP.

Are you running the stock fuel pump?
