Something you won't see every day...

Karen Ramunno captured video of the incredible moment and shared it on Facebook.

She said the ducks crossed busy Route 111 near Southern Maine Health Care in two waves.

Ramunno said drivers even waited for two little stragglers to make it across the five-lane road safely.

"Proof that there are more good people in this world than bad! Not one person in the 2 lines of traffic were beeping or impatient with these guys!" Ramunno said in her post.

A track buddy of mine actually stopped on the track @ VIR for geese. Just after, they red flagged the session.
Goose at 120 MPH- could have been messy.

We have a bunch of Canadian geese here in town that said to hell with ever going back to Canada, and they often stop traffic in the spring with their goslings. They are definitely part of the landscape here now, and I don't blame them for never going back north. Cold weather sucks.:yesnod:

A major 2 lane each way road leads in/out of a major development, and passing many ponds probably dug for the foundation work, and many packs of fouls take up the shores, grasses, roads, etc......always a dodgem out there.....

but folks are used to it, barely a beep.....

but a few honks though.....

A few years back, somebody clobbered an entire geese family on a blind corner.

It even made the local once a week paper in the editorials.

My wife is a corner Marshall at Club Motor Sports in Tamworth, NH. She sees everything from frog squads, (potential slippery mess) to moose, (big bang theory) and drops a flag quite often! :seasix:

BTW, Check out their website and enjoy one of the nicest tracks around! :cert:
