way to make el cheapo stroganoff.

When we were first married, we had this at least twice a week, we were so broke.....

1 lb hamburger
1/2 bag el cheapo egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup, with 1/2 can milk, or water if you're flat broke like we were.
1 big assed dollop sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix

Get a beer
Put water on to boil (If you're a blonde: You know, that clear liquid that comes outta the spigot at the sink. What the hell you mean "Whats a sink?"
Nevermind)
Brown hamburger meat, drain
Place browned meat back in skillet, add onion soup mix, soup, milk, and sour cream.
Stir and let simmer
When noodles are Al Dente, drain & mix in stroganoff.
Get another beer

I like my stroganoff with a few drops of tabasco sauce.

Cheap, fast, and easy............much like myself.
