Artichoke cooking
Best way to cook artichokes. Cut stem down to artichoke, clean artichoke in water. Wrap in saran wrap, microwave for about 7 mins. Artichoke will be done when knife goes into stem smoothly. You now have nice steamed artichoke ready to eat:cheers:

Get a can of hearts cut up, sautee with fresh mushrooms in butter with some salt, garlic, and oregeno.
Perfect with steak. |
