I had to try it....flex seal on my 99 JLG

So one of my BFT's has a big wire stuck in it and leaking air.....so I plugged it and stuck on a piece of flex seal tape. good so far :D

Fill the tires with silicone....I think that's what they do in the garbage dumps

The only way to truly test it is to drive it into a lake and see if it floats.

Considering the flex seal is very thin, and tires naturally get worn off, my guess is you'll get nowhere near 500 hours out of that fix. I plug would last the life of the tire.

I did put a plug in then taped for a piece of mind...……would hate to have the tire blow at 4 mph:rofl:..He'd be hard pressed to bring the paint back
