With everything going on I don’t have freezer space for bread.

I hardly ever eat bread but if we are in “the end of times” I want to eat bread.
I see lots of bread makers available ranging from $79 to $400.
You suggest anything?

Yes we have a bread-maker. Had it for years and never buy store-bought bread anymore unless it's something specialty.

She makes bread, rolls, buns and sometimes even bagels.

Also I'm 5' 10.5"

I used to be 5' 11"

Believe it or not, it is possible to make bread without a special machine. The wife does it all the time.:yesnod:

Not everything needs a maker. YouTube has thousands of videos on how to make bread in your oven.

The non-bread maker process seems to take a lot of steps waiting numerous times for the dough to rise and lots of hand kneading.
A machine seems like a one step set it and forget it.

So what else do you have to do ? Making bread is like cooking BBQ. Yes, it takes time and attention, but that’s part of the allure.

I’ve baked bread from scratch for years. It’s therapeutic and mighty tasty.

Used to have a bread making machine. Used it to make bread. Also made bagels.

Now, my bread maker is 5'7". Sometimes she brings bread home, sometimes she doesn't. :shrug:

Well, I like onion rolls, pretzel bread, sourdough, I'm not overly picky except I won't eat whole wheat.
