Arugula blossoms

I bought some arugula blossoms at a farmers market the other day. I have actually never had arugula salad before. I made one and used some of the blossoms on top. Man, they are good. about twiced the peppery flavor of arugula leaves.

Try it if you can find it. I have not yet seen it in a store.

Hell, you folks in California probably have it in convenience stores on every corner!

Never heard of them,my guess is they are not stocked at your local Kroger.

Love arugula, never have had the blossoms though. Ever had fried zuchinni blossoms? Those are fantastic when done correctly.

They are not at Publix. Maybe one of those high end grocers like Fresh Market may have it.
