White stripe on Electron Blue C5
 

What do you all think of a white (C4 grandsport style) stripe down the center on an EB Coupe?

I've been seriously considering it and red hashmarks.

Is that too poser or not, I mean it's not like I'm putting GS emblems on or anything..

White and EB look really good. JMO :thumbs:

Gut feeling says yes, I love the '96 GS's....But this is one of those things that can be done right, or butchered. The difference is in the details.

I believe Cobra4B is planning the same sort of color scheme for his Z06.

It looks great... ChopperLoco on CF has it done. I am going to do it the "right" way and go w/ the correct Admiral Blue. That color just looks incredible in the sun. In some lights it looks almost purple.

Here's the C5Z... it's for sale apparently. He recently dumped his single turbo drag project for this car. He put coil-overs and CCWs on it. Nice car.

And yes I agree about Admiral Blue. It is just spectacular on the GSs but i think EB is just as nice in a different way. :cool:

This was painted on & clear coated. The decals only last so long.......

White double stripes like above, would be kick azz. Maybe even have the thin stripe red?

At a painter. I'm sure a custom vinyl pro could achieve similar results, but no self install stripe kit will look like that.
