Sweeping change coming to batter boxes due to recently reported cheating scandals. Umpires will now be forced to check each batter for devices using state of the art scanning.

MLB followed the example set by the NFL. Team cheats, they get to keep the championship. Meanwhile Pete Rose is still banned.
