Did you get a corporate jet for you and your buddies to take you anywhere and everywhere? If so don't forget us little people here in VBOT!:seasix:

And he has that huge problem of what to do with six weeks vacation per year....:D |
6 weeks?
come visit, i'll show you how to make something you can then take home. it's a 10 hour drive. |
Most excellent news Mike! :yesnod:
Great benefits are a huge point of contention with current market prices being retarded high. I envy you for that big time. Scott |
Damn Mike. That sounds like a nice deal. Do they need any help where one can work remote from 1200 miles away?
|
:hurray: Congrats Mike! :seasix:

But I wouldn't forget ya! Quote:
Actually, there's no final call. All I do is send back a form saying I'm not taking the COBRA plan. The insurance lapses on my last day as a contractor. |
Report to your cubicle, drone.
Congrats on the job. I hope it goes well.:seasix: |
very cool, indeed
when will the lambo reapear? |

I have completely forgotten what it's like to take time off and still get paid. As a contractor, it's always on your own dime. This year, I'll be taking time off on both sides of the Thanksgiving holiday and the week before Christmas week (week of Christmas and New Year is PTO also) and I'll STILL carry 80 hours into next year! :willy: Quote:

Congrats Mikey.

Congrats Mike!

Congratulations; sounds like a great deal. :seasix:
I went the other way, from employee to 1099, for the last several years of my career. It worked for me, since I had access to health insurance from a former job. If it weren't for that, I probably wouldn't have switched. Good luck! |
:seasix: Mike
More Pros than cons, HC is the major one for us My other half just started in the Shipyard last week, she was done bouncing as well...........not many companies can show they have a 21 billion dollar backlog of funded work.......retire when you want:D |
