I really like the Cragars that came with the '81, but I also like the rallye wheels as well, want to get back to a more Corvette centric oriented look, similar to my '75.

I'm leaning towards the rallye's and the Cragars may be up for sale. Hummm, decsions, decisions.:D

Well aware of that, no NCRS car here. Never liked the stock Kelsey Hayes aluminum style wheels.

Put the rallye's back on and save the Cragar's for a while. You may come across
something later to put them on

Put the Cragars on one side, and put the Rallyes on the other side. Problem solved.

+1 for the Cragars, I always liked those, especially with the knock off spinners. They're period correct, and if you don't like the OEM wheels for that year, then I don't see any reason to put on incorrect OEM wheels.

I have incorrect OEM wheels.....'89 vette 17x9.5.....for a REASON.....but I did paint them up a tad......

Appreciate the comments. I'm not concerned about exact period correctness, nor have visions of NCRS anything, just a look that I would be happy with, which will be this look.

I like them, but............they are a pain in the ass to clean and besides, the GM rallyes are my favorite all time wheel. I even put a set on my van one time.

When I'm ready, going to ask about $1200 for wheels and tires, they should go quick.

I've never been much of a Cragar fan. Given the options I think you made the right choice. :seasix:
