Seeing as someone hit this old thread I thought I'd give an update on our journey.
It has been a rollercoaster of a ride for sure. We lost one of the lines last year due to instability and personnel issues. Management made the decision to shut one down to save the other two. We ended up re starting that line again in the fall. Things have run well over the winter months and spring and now the heat is setting in and with that comes the call offs, no shows for work and other items which again led to the instability of the pot lines. We've lost few pots but are maintaining some stability this year.
Some large learning curves when restarting a plant which was shut down and basically written off. We are still finding things from the shut down which raise up and grab us. Amazing how far we have come and the dedication of some of the personnel in bringing the plant back to life.
