I bought a 174 international with a 4 in 1 bucket when I bought my last piece of land. Then sold it when done for a 4k profit and used that money to buy a old bobcat for putting around. Much better than getting bent over. You should see some of the crap they will try to pull if you let them.

The average homeowner or small property manager could rent each machine that thing emulates as the project required, get better productivity, and have zero maintenance or other upkeep. And not have all that money tied up in a unit that will probably spend more time under shelter than under power.
