We may be in Nashua Friday night's for the car show at Target. And we're trying to find a few other locations to park.

Nice, i'll venture out to that side of the state for some fried dough.

Unfortunately, the fryer is too big for the truck. We have it just for this festival. We are selling soft serve out of the truck.

I used to sell sweet potato fries at outdoor festivals, concerts etc.

I had 2 40# deep fryers from an old pizzeria and I made a heavy wood table with a potato witch on one end.
I'd have a "lovely assitant" cut the ends of the sweet potato and I'd ram it through the witch and the kids all loved the show.

Fried them in all Canola oil and served them with all sorts of toppings.

For really good/busy shows, I could turn $1k profit for the day.

Just made some deep fried Reeses peanut butter cups. :drool:

I can't even imagine what that would be like but it sounds killer. :Jeff '79: PB cups are one of my top junk snacks.
