Pretty ****ing simple if you know what the **** you’re doing.

I had 4 chicken breasts, 6 potatoes, salmon, garlic toast and a 3 lb Wagu Tomahawk all ready at the same time.

I warm the grill up to 450 or a little more, then do 5 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on the other side. I get the medium to medium rare steak I like, everybody's happy. Fresh ground pepper and Tony Chachere's for seasoning, maybe a little garlic powder is all I use.

Gunna half some slammin salmon slices tonight......
but a good steak is super nice, BUTT.....at my age/teeth/etc....just as easy with some good lean burger meat/even lazy meat you know meat LOAF..... :dance::lol: |

I like cooking steaks in the iron skillet and charcoal grill. Did try a New York strip in our air fryer and it came out alright.:cert:
