Karen is a security agent for the site and has the perfect hissy fit while blocking dude's attempt with her golf cart and bitching loudly in protest. Dude eventually moves one lane to his right and sticks the landing while Karen has a cow.

The word "if" is somewhat important, but being reasonable is often a good path to take. If Karen actually is a security guard for the place, AND the guys say one guy is going to ride down the stairs, and then they are all leaving, as long as they do so, it sounds to me like Karen would have done her job admirably. If the guy wipes out, and tries to blame the facility, they have video of Karen there telling them they have to leave, so their ass is covered. Again, Karen would have done her job.

But no, she wants to tell a bunch of guys what to do. The fact that she didn't call the police herself, and keeps demanding that other people call brings doubt into my mind about what her "official" role was in that circumstance.
