Poll: Will he pardon or won't he?

I'm seeing reports that by noon tomorrow Obama will issue pardons to Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation for anything they might have done. A "pre-pardon" can be issued, and a person doesn't have to be under indictment or in jail to receive a pardon. (I disagree with this premise, but that's what the experts say.)

Personally, I don't think he will issue a pardon because I don't think he cares for Hillary that much...but I certainly wouldn't put it past him....so I'm voting for no pardon.

I think he will simply because if the DoJ starts pulling on that thread Obama's house of card will fall down.
Obama knew Hillary was using a private server. Someone in the Administration had to tell the Intelligence community to use that address.

He has to do it to cover his own ass.

If Odumbo does issue a pardon to the Clintons, that would indicate that the Clintons are indeed guilty of something. And wouldn't that imply that Odumbo knew all along they are criminals?

While I agree 100% do you think the tools and fools who voted for him or the MSM care?

Let put it this way. When it came out Nixon asked the IRS to give him taxpayer data to go after political enemies the press and the hard core Conservative base turned on him with a vengeance.

Obama white house went to the IRS to get taxpayer information and has been stonewalling the court order to turn over that data. At the same time it's been shown his IRS actually went after political enemies. Yet the Press refuse to cover it ( they spend more time asking to see Trumps tax returns) and the hard core left tell us "elections have consequences" and "We won".

If it came out Monday that Obama knew and approved Hillary's Rivers the press would put it on page three below the fold and never talk about it again.

And if the DoJ went after him for it they'd be calling Session a racist and accuse the DoJ of using it's power to go after political Enemies. Which will be ironic after Holder and Lynch got a free pass for doing just that.

President Ford used exactly this process when he pardoned Nixon "for all crimes against the United States". This meant that Nixon could not be charged for Watergate, or using the IRS to investigate enemies, etc.

In the case of HRC, Obama would have to pardon John Podesta, Huma Abedin, half of the senior leadership of both the political appointees and senior staff of the State Department, and somehow figure out how to pardon himself. Remember, Obama also used an alias when he communicated with Hillary using her private server.

Of course, rather than give her a total blanket immunity he could pardon her for the use of her server and not say a word about the Clinton Foundation which is under investigation for "Pay to Play" access to her when she was SecState.

:iagree:

The best part is if he does this it will damage the Democratic party for years.

I doubt it would damage the Dem party for minutes, much less years. The party faithful got to see the DNC conspire to screw over Bernie and.....nobody cared.

No Dems care or believe the Pizzagate story, and they don't care or believe Hillary gave favors for contributors despite e-mails that show exactly that. They don't care about the pedophile artwork of the Podestas, they don't care about "spirit cooking," in short.....they don't care.

In the same way The Donald supporters overlook the douchiness of the Access Hollywood tape, Dem supporters overlook all kinds of things.

Dem reaction to the Clinton's crimes @ 1:24

You have a valid point on the true believers. I do believe it will alienate the independent voters.
