Except for the Walmart neighborhood grocery, I avoid regular Wally worlds at all cost.

My wife will get groceries from Wal Mart, but we do the pickup. You order online, pull up on the side of the building, they load it up, and you're done.

I found the neighborhood markets to be something less than an HEB but better than an Kroger/Albertsons

You boys are missing out. The sightseeing is all part of the experience for me.

I had to go to Wal Mart today to get bulk Gillette Fusion razors. My experience sucked big time. In every way. I hate that fucking store and the people inside of it.

The Walmart in our county is horrible. So is the Kmart. Since we moved we are now closer to a Walmart in a neighboring county and it's a much larger and nicer store. It's near the new Costco so we go there every month or so.

I once went to Wal Mart in Owensboro, KY at 6:00p on a Friday night....ONCE.

Yep, it’s like gawking at a traffic accident

Shift change 11:30pm on a Saturday night.

Reminds me of the time when I was a youngster,
and the circus was in town (Freak show)
As mentioned, the sight-seeing experience is one to never forget.

I went to Wal-Mart at 8am this morning (Sunday).

Pleasant experience. Their core customer base (human garbage) doesn't roll out of bed until the crack of noon, weekend or weekday.

I mostly shop at IGA (super low price regional grocer) but needed something they don't carry.

Living rural were in the middle of 3 of their stores. All are about a 25 mile drive

Depending on where the store is the customer base varies tremendously.

The store with the most to see is right outside a small upstate NY city with the nickname of "Amsterico" --It is searchable under that name and shows up in the Urban Dictionary!:D
