Ace hardware stores are advertising good prices and plenty of stock! Course I do not know if it applies to your area! They say anything over a certain price they will assemble and deliver.

A Weber charcoal grill, less than $200 and has many uses, plus a high-btu (at least 70k) outdoor propane burner gives you so much versatility and for under $300. You can cook with a wok, you can smoke, grill, make smash burgers on a cast iron griddle, deep fry, and probably a bunch of other stuff I haven't dreamed up. Just putting this out there. It takes just minutes to get a charcoal starter of lump charcoal (the best) going, about the same amount of time to heat a gas grill to 400 degrees (about as hot as they get really.)

I got my grill next to a dumpster last year. My guess is it was a military family that was PCS'ing, and dropped it off. It was almost like new, and cost me exactly zero.:seasix:

I bought one on Amazon. Small, 2 burner Gas Grill. It's just for me and the wife, so I don't need a huge one. Came in a box, took about 20 minutes to assemble. I still use my charcoal grill as well.

Got our Weber grill at Lowe's at the end of the season. Was a floor model and missing some parts. The price was reduced by a great margin, was told to call Weber and get the needed parts for free which we did. That was 15 years ago and have now rebuilt the grill twice over the years but still have it.
Be looking for a smoker this Fall as we try to always buy stuff out of season to get a bargain.
