This thread is for me.

Now that I have a few days off I may post a pic of my quarantine cooking.
I’m not sure if I ever posted any of my cooking pics on the internet before.

Subscribed.

If you did I don't remember seeing it.

Scrapple, brown eggs(organic) and coffee for breakfast. Usually a rare treat but very enjoyable during this silliness.

Red grapes, pineapple and cheeses for dinner tonight. Yum.

No pics, but Saturday while doing the needed grocery run, I talked the wife into letting me use the cancelled vacation budget for a new PitBoss Austin 1000 grill.
We are wearing that thing out. So far, burgers, steak at least twice, pork loin, corn on the cob..
I bought a 20 lb bag of hickory pellets for it, supposed to last 25 hours of cooking. Over half gone. When we HAVE to go out for supplies, I'll be scooping up a couple more bags of pellets.

I still have a small smoker I haven't used yet. :sadangel: We do grill at least 50% of our meals. :seasix: Enjoy.

We had an electric smoker from a couple, three years ago. I bought a cheap one since we weren't sure how we would like it. I've wore it out. Since our grill- and my wife would prefer I grill every meal- was an old gas grill that had went belly up and I "converted" to a charcoal burner 15 years ago, we needed a new one.
I've been stalking pellet grills since they looked to fit our lifestyle, but lord I hate spending money if it isn't on car parts.
But I really wanted the PitBoss… I still think I'm gonna build an old fashion smoke house in the back yard though...:D

My hopper holds 30 lbs of pellets. I have hot smoked, cold smoked and grilled. Pellet grills rock.

Hopefully for you people’s sake this quarantine doesn’t last too long.
I can be real obnoxious drinking and cooking.

So far, Meatballs tonight.
