What is your favorite "Football" food?

Anyone who watches football surely has a favorite snack for game day.

Coco makes these little smoked hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls. :sneaks:

What's your favorite?

Pizza. I MUST have pizza over the weekend while watching Football, either Saturday or Sunday.

I can get sick on those. My aunt made them for a Christmas party. I had to force myself to stop so that others could have some.

We call them "Little Smokies" and I have to fight off the kids so I can have my share.

Chips and homemade salsa is a good one too.

I like them supersized. Bigger Crecent rolls, Nathan's dogs.

In the little smokie variety, I like them with the cheese filled cocktail weenies for a changeup

Also bacon=wrapped with cinnamon instead of crecent rolls is good sometimes too.

A good simple recipe for guys would also be quesadillas.

Prepackaged Shredded Cheddar & prepackaged chicken breast chunks (the ones on the lunc meat aisle meant for salads)

Toss em' on a tortilla, fold in half, throw in a pan greased with butter, fry on both sides until insides melted, tortilla slightly crispy.

Optional: top with pico de gallo salsa.

Usually 2 tortillas will do, 6 triangles. But if you're really hungry, doesn't take long each time.

DAMN YOU GOZAR, NOW I'M HUNGRY AGAIN!!!

Gold Star (or Skyline) chili dip.

I will share my super-simple chili dip that gets devoured anytime I make it. No matter where I bring it people love it and always ask for the recipe.

Using a 1 to 1 ratio.

Brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 can of Stagg Steak House chili. No Beans.
4 oz of picante sauce.

Heat in a sauce pan until cheese is fully melted into the chili.

Just keep doubling it to make more.

Serve with Fritos Scoops.

Damn good! :yesnod:

Queso and buffalo wings. I also make a dip with cream cheese and chile sometimes. Mix a package of Philly cream cheese with a 12 ounce can of Wolf chile without beans in a crock pot. Eat with Fritos scoops. Good stuff.
