Trip to Richmond VA today
 

Had some places to visit in Richmond today, started off raining but it stopped on the way.

The trip up and back gave me a chance to exercise the supercharger a little bit, wasted some gas but had a lot of fun.

I decided to leave early this morning so I could checkout the Richmond Cars and Coffee, a lot of great cars showed up.


On my list was a visit to Zip Corvette, I heard this morning they had an gathering going on. Turn out it was their "2nd Annual Cruisin' in The Fast Lane".

Corvette Club of Richmond was at Zip in force, they welcomed me to the event, had a great time. Took a few pictures:

Looks like a fun little trip, even with a little rain.

I almost turned around with the light rain, I am glad now I pushed on.

Hopefully next event some others will cruise up also, nothing beats a caravan of Corvettes as you know.

Rain is a requirement over here in the UK. Glad you are still running the beast around VA. :seasix:

I sometimes have issues with traction and rain doesn't help, maybe I need studded tires.

I know you miss your ZR1, I am sure it is being well taken care of.
